Customers receive limited usage rights as expressly outlined in the applicable service agreement or license.

Limitation of Liability
Red Stone USA Inc.'s total liability for claims arising from products or services is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Red Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Red Stone implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.
